Sway9 vs Aspire (AspireIQ): an honest comparison
Aspire — the platform formerly known as AspireIQ — is a full influencer marketing suite for e-commerce brands. Sway9 is a focused tool for managing the creators you already work with and paying them per view. Here's how to choose.
What is Aspire?
Aspire (aspire.io, formerly AspireIQ) is an influencer marketing platform for e-commerce brands, especially in fashion, beauty, and consumer goods. It covers the full influencer lifecycle: a creator marketplace of over a million creators with inbound (creators apply) and outbound (search by audience, hashtag, demographics) discovery, outreach automation, contracts, content approval, payments, affiliate tracking, and performance analytics.
Aspire does not publish pricing publicly. Third-party sources report it starting around $2,000 per month with an annual commitment (roughly $24,000/year minimum, verified July 2026 — see the note at the end). There is no free plan.
What is Sway9?
Sway9 is a UGC creator management platform for running your own roster. Add the creators and handles you already work with, and Sway9 auto-fetches their TikTok and Instagram posts and keeps views and engagement current. Set a CPM or flat rate and it computes spend and effective CPM automatically. Free to start, no per-seat fees, with multiple brand workspaces for agencies.

Where Aspire is the better fit
Aspire is the stronger choice if you need to source creators from a marketplace, run structured outreach and contract workflows, approve and license content at scale, or operate an affiliate program with attribution. For a growing DTC brand that wants one system for the entire influencer lifecycle and has the budget for it, Aspire does far more than Sway9.
Where Sway9 is the better fit
Sway9 is the better fit when the creators are already lined up and the real work is tracking and paying. Pick Sway9 if you want automatic view tracking and pay-per-view without an annual contract, if per-seat pricing has limited how many creators you track, if you run multiple brands or clients, or if you want to start free today. Sway9 doesn't discover creators or manage contracts — it focuses on the numbers: views, spend, and CPM.
Is Sway9 a good Aspire alternative?
For managing an existing roster and paying per view, yes — Sway9 is a much cheaper, self-serve Aspire alternative. It won't replace Aspire's discovery marketplace or contract/content workflows, so if those are central to your program, an enterprise suite still makes sense. If they aren't, Sway9 covers tracking and payment at a fraction of the cost.
